This work was created as a partner piece to “That We Shall Flourish”. Depicted in this painting is  the ancient Aitutaki Goddess, who represented strength and fertility to the women of Aitutaki. The colours and vibrant flora pay tribute to the luscious tropical island landscape that surround us. A gift that despite troubling times can provide us with optimism and hope. For this reason we should always acknowledge, nurture and appreciate.
